Rachael is a British Psychological Society (BPS) chartered and Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist who specialises in athlete support. She provides guidance to individuals, groups, and teams. Rachael works with all athletes from young junior athletes and their parents to elite and professional athletes. Everyone deserves to achieve their full potential and enhance their performance. Her experience includes working with a Paralympic gold medal winning swimmer, Swansea City Academy Football Club, and Sport Wales.
