Individual consultations are a great way to engage with sport psychology, as they are completely tailored to your needs.
An initial FREE 20 minute consultation, over the phone, will typically discuss your current situation, experiences, aspirations, any issues you wish to overcome. We will discuss the outcome you wish to gain from the sessions and recommendations for our approach.
Individual consultations can be provided face-to-face, online, or over the phone. These sessions can be carried out in a location that you are comfortable with or a walk-and talk.
During the first face-to-face or online consultation needs will be identified and a development plan will be established and agreed. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy strategies will be used to enhance well-being and performance to achieve desired outcomes.
It may be beneficial for Rachael to attend practical training sessions or to observe videos. The benefits of this will be discussed during the sessions.
A typical package of support is 5 x 60 minute consultantations.
Each one hour consultation costs £50.00 and a block of 5 consultations is priced at £220.00.
A FREE initial 20 minute consultation, followed by 5 personalised one-to-one sessions. These sessions will often be 60 minutes, but the length can be adapted based on need. These sessions are delivered in a fun and creative way personalised to the child. They can include the use of art, mood cards, and walk-and-talk sessions.
Sessions are delivered in a safe manner in an environment that the child is comfortable with.

Parent support is one of my specialist areas with expertise on providing support to parents within youth football.
Supporting children within sport is incredibly challenging. Parents experience a huge amount of demands and stress with often little support from sporting organisations or governing bodies. Support for parents is incredibly important to enhance the experience of parents in sport and help them to provide the best support possible to their child maximising their child's chances of sporting enjoyment.
Examples of support include: a six-session programme, a one off support session, a booklet, and online resources.
The support provided to parents can be tailored to meet the specific needs of you or your sporting organisation.
Team psychological support is an ideal way to enhance performance, improve dynamics, and create success. This support can include workshops, team building activities, mental health awareness, performance lifestyle, and enhancing the culture.
